I began my career as an aerospace engineer. But after just a few years I discovered that I didn’t enjoy the work, probably because I wasn’t very good at it. So I quit, a decision for which the flying public should be profoundly grateful.
About a decade later, I received a layoff notice at roughly the same time that my first book was published. That ushered me into a three-decade career in consulting, where my main strategy for marketing my services was writing: eight books, seven video training programs, and countless business articles. (I even did a three-year stint as a humor columnist for my local newspaper.)
It's samples of those things that represent the “Bunch of Stuff” you’ll find on this website. I hope you’ll enjoy poking around in here.
Oh, and my publisher insists I mention my latest book: If Engagement is the What, Then Respect is the How.
